SMS IT Services is Routo’s marketplace Business Partners who are developers, system integrators and service providers with a diverse range of skills to assist end user businesses in achieving the business initiatives around SMS. 

These trusted Business Partners already benefit from Routo services and their capabilities broadly cover (not exhaustive):

• Pre-Sales Consultancy / Scoping – this involves capturing your business initiative, aspirations, technical preferences, existing set up and based on certain assumptions, proposing a solution with ball park pricing.  This work is free of charge and is carried out at a very high level.


• Discovery and Design – following the scoping work, this work involves a detailed discovery exercise and production of a proposal with a documented design and accurate pricing.


• Build, Test and Deploy – following the Discovery and Design, this work involves any necessary procurement, building, testing and deployment as per the design documentation.

A varying degree of project management resource is provided by the Business Partner depending on the complexity of the project.
