Unicode messaging delivery

RoutoMessaging utilises the latest version of Unicode standard 5.0.
This enables messaging to support international exchange with presentation of text messages in a variety of characters written in languages like Arabic, Chinese and technical formats.

The parameters allow the Unicode message to be 70 characters long with 2 bytes allocated per character.
If the message is longer that this, it is divided into a number of messages that are merged upon delivery
