New Business Executive Vacancies Global Mobile Messaging

Established for nearly a decade, we are a rapidly growing and profitable text messaging company headquartered in central London and looking for new talent to become part of the action.

Primarily, RoutoMessaging has traded in the wholesale market, dealing with other service providers. RoutoMessaging's focus is to expand and reach out to enterprises and small businesses, displaying the benefits of adopting SMS services.

The continued expansion of our global customer base has warranted the opening of a new vacancy in our sales team. Under the title of New Business Executive, your role will be to acquire new customers yet to benefit from RoutoMessaging's services, and fully explore all potential sales opportunities.

Working hours: 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Because our market is global, flexible working hours are required from time to time, to contact prospective clients in different time-zones worldwide.

Day to Day tasks include

  • Responding to inbound queries and questions
  • Assisting new and existing customers online through our Live Chat support service, and over the phone
  • Speaking to potential new customers by email, phone and in person
  • Arranging and attending calls with clients to discuss business opportunities in greater detail and close sales
  • Building a pipeline of prospective businesses and contacts to keep in close contact with
  • Networking with industry colleagues to increase potential opportunities
  • Qualifying the needs and wants of each customer, to ensure they receive the maximum level of customer service
  • Ensuring quarterly targets are not only met, but exceeded

Qualifications Required

Applicants MUST be Graduates or have experience in a corporate business environment and/or a previous sales position.
